Property Management

Coutret and Associates, Inc., over the years, has managed oil and gas properties for several clients.  The largest project was Coutret and Associates appointment as Creditors Trustee in the bankruptcy of a large local independent oil company.  This project included managing and liquidating several hundred oil properties, real estate, office furnishing, and oil field equipment. In accordance with the terms of the Plan of Reorganization, this management lasted eight years.  Coutret and Associates currently manages non-operated producing and nonproducing mineral interests in Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi, and six other states.
